Jennifer was very personable, patient and helpful, answering innumerable emails and providing addresses of homes with a variety of doors. The young installer was a nice guy, meticulous and thorough. He raised the rails to avoid the winter salt after we discussed my concern with rust. Altogether an excellent experience with an expensive decision.

Dan is a pleasure to deal with and he went above and beyond in arranging to have the garage door colour matched to our front door, He took the initiative to deal with our front door manufacturer to obtain the required colour chip, even though he wasn't involved in providing that door.
