I called and they were out w/in the week to replace the wire and weatherstripping. The door still looks like new, is SO well insulated and I see no reason why it won’t last another 20 yrs. This company’s customer service is excellent as is their workmanship, and after all these years, are still in business and available to fix their product. Can’t get better than that!

They provided excellent service, so when I was ready to replace the old wooden doors, I called them.
Dan came to my home with coloured brochures explaining all my options. He even showed how I could get the doors I liked and stay on budget.
The doors were ordered and the installer arrived right on schedule.
The installer was very knowelgable and made suggestions for some slight improvements, no extra charge.
