Jennifer was very personable, patient and helpful, answering innumerable emails and providing addresses of homes with a variety of doors. The young installer was a nice guy, meticulous and thorough. He raised the rails to avoid the winter salt after we discussed my concern with rust. Altogether an excellent experience with an expensive decision.
