I was ok with this, but a quick phone call would have been professional. I would still recommend this company.

My overall experience was pleasant. The selection/design phase was very easy and the tool to be able to see what the door would look like was great.

From Dan coming out to do the initial quote to the installation of our new door...it was an excellent experience. Our old door was not working so Dan arranged for it to be fixed (no charge) while we were waiting for our new one. We are so happy with our new Garaga garage door that we have just ordered a new front entry door from them.

The men who installed the door and the opener were hard working, attentive to detail, and quite pleasant.
