I called and they were out w/in the week to replace the wire and… Read more Dan Hill installed our Garaga door 24 yrs ago! Last week we noticed a wire that opens/closes the door needed replacing. I called and they were out w/in the week to replace the wire and weatherstripping. The door still looks like new, is SO well insulated and I see no reason why it won’t last another 20 yrs. This company’s customer service is excellent as is their workmanship, and after all these years, are still in business and available to fix their product. Can’t get better than that!
